If you have purchased a ready to ship piece, it will shipped within 2 business days. If it is a custom order piece, I will be communicating with you in regards to how long it will take. Each piece is unique and made by me, one piece at a time and are one of a kind.
Currency Conversion rates
Any currency exchange rate that I quote you (that is any price I quote you for my items that is not in Australian Dollars AUD) and any currency provided by the Currency Converter (Web-Stat) widget available via the SHOP is intended as a guide only and currency rates can vary.
We take no responsibility for the content of the Currency Converter (Web-Stat) and a link to them in no way implies an endorsement or recommendation of the quality of the information found there.
Any quotes or the use of the currency converter in the shop does not represent currency conversion fees payable at checkout or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
I ship in Australia using Australia Post Express Post service which includes tracking and full insurance for $18.00 AUD.
Pieces are posted using two options available at checkout:
*The first option is Australia Post Standard International Shipping - with tracking and signature required. This is $25 AUD flatrate worldwide. With this option we do not except responsibility for orders lost or damaged once they have been posted.
*The second option at checkout is for Insured shipping with tracking and signature. This is a $50 AUD flatrate and this means we have taken every step we can to ensure that your unique, one off piece arrives to you.
Other Shipping options
Please ask if you would like a quote for International Express Shipping rates.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Layaway is available on any item by prior arrangement (email me to confirm process prior to purchase). There is a minimum 20% non-refundable first payment.
I will invoice you via our agreed payment method (PayPal, direct deposit, cheque, money order etc), and payments will be invoiced to you weekly or fortnightly until the item is fully paid. The item will then be completed (ring in your size/pendant/cuff) and then shipped to you.
Unless by negotiation, if you are more than two days late with a payment the item will go back on sale for other buyers and you will be refunded everything except the 20% non-refundable value of the piece.
All layaway sales are final. No returns. By paying the first payment you agree to these terms.
Custom and Made to Order Pieces
If I agree to do a custom piece, the piece must be paid in full (whether via layaway or one payment) prior to commencement. I will not be able to do refunds or returns unless the piece is damaged or defective.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order and for legal reasons (such as paying taxes), and to send you a newsletter only if you have subscribed. If you have signed in to the site as a member, then you will only receive information from me relating to my sales, blog and special member deals.
We gladly accept returns. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returns on damaged items
If damage has occurred during transit or details are shown incorrectly on the tracking information then please contact me and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive the item or are refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it or need to have it resized (as agreed by us), send us an email at and I will let you know the return address in Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns of custom orders
Some items are so heavily customised that I will not be able to accept a return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
By purchasing from us or our website you acknowledge that you have read the information on sizing. All of the measurements of the piece are provided on the product listing. The "best fit" is a guide only and does not take into account various physical and environmental factors that affect ring and cuff sizing on a daily basis. If it is a ring you are purchasing, we recommend that you have your fingers sized regularly, and/or size your rings with similar dimensions to match your fit. More information on sizing is available here. I cannot be responsible if your piece does not fit correctly, and by purchasing the piece you agree to these terms.
